Guide To Moving With A Pet

Before you move, it is important to get a vet lined up. It’s advised to schedule an appointment for a checkup, in order to stock up on medications and go over any moving concerns. If changing vets, be sure to obtain copies of medical, vaccination and prescription records. You should also have your pet’s ID tag and microchip information organized. Lastly, if your pet gets carsick, ask the vet to prescribe a medication or for feeding recommendations to help ease nausea during the upcoming journey.
